Richard G. Barrows is a partner at Wilson Barrows Salyer and Jones. Mr. Barrows holds a juris doctorate and a B.S. in Business – both from Arizona State University. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1973 and has practiced law continuously in Elko since that time. He is a retired Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Mr. Barrows is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada as well as the Nevada Gaming Commission.
